We may be able to supply this balance, but that stamp isn't actually a part number. That only tells us the calibration of the spring, and in your case I'm not even sure what that may be; "2735" is a very peculiar stamp that doesn't match any rating system I know of.

Before we go any further, I'd like to get some more data from you. First, I'd like a clear picture of the top and bottom ends of the balance. I also would like to see a picture of the pivot shoe and whatever clip or hook is at the end of the cord. Finally, please weigh the sash on a scale and tell me exactly what you get, down to the ounce.

From there I will do my best to find a good match for you.

Hi Tom,
I weighed both pieces together.
They weigh 1 lb 2 oz
I've attached some photos.
Thanks

I'm sorry for the confusion. I didn't need the weight of the balances, I needed the weight of the sash, which is the glass panel that the balances support. Would it be possible to get that?

As for the balances themselves, I think we can get these after all, but only as a custom order. What we can do is make you our Series 770 tilt window channel balance, but swap out the square terminal clip it comes with for a hook, like our 62-105. Does that look good to you?

At this point all I will need to know is the weight of the sash so that I can calibrate the springs properly. I can then email you a custom order link that will let you add 2 of these assemblies to your cart. We'll alter them as I described here in our shop before we ship them out to you.

Hi Tom,
I don't have access to the window. I can tell you that it's approximately 18" x 24". Metal frame. Not very heavy.
If you can work with this, then please send me the custom order link.
How much is the custom order and how long until it ships.
Thanks
Tom

Unfortunately, the precise weight of the sash is necessary at this stage. Without knowing that, I have no way of calibrating the spring. These are very particular systems and if the spring calibration is off by even a little, then they will not function properly. Added to the fact that custom made balances cannot be returned for a refund, I cannot in good faith send you a balance without knowing exactly how much weight the springs need to support. I apologize for the inconvenience.
