One of my windows has a broken balancer and needs replacement. The window slides up and down and has the ability to tilt inward. The balancer length (metal only) is 28 inches, and is stamped "28E BSI 30", pictures attached. Do you have a replacement balancer? If so, what is the cost? What is the shipping cost?

Hey Dan. This looks like an S795-28. A key difference though is that our standard Series 795 screws to the top of the window jamb, whereas yours has a hook that goes into a hole in the window track. Can you show us that hole in the window jamb the hook attaches to? That will clue us in to the best course of action here.
