Hello,

Your photos resemble the S795 channel balance at first glance. With that being said, make sure to confirm if yours uses the same screw tab at the end fo the pulley for installation. This balance also comes with the 1-1/4" wide 15-195 T-lock shoe attached. Just let us know if you notice any discrepancies.

I also do not recognise the white piece shown in your fourth photo. If you need that as well. Please show us where it installs and elaborate on its function. Thank you!

That looks exactly like what I need! Thank you. Also, the white rubber piece is a cap that covers at the top of the balance/covering view of the screw.

Unfortunately, we do not carry the screw cover for the top of the balance but you may be able to find something you could use at a local hardware store. We apologize for the inconvenience.
