Thanks! Looks like you have the old crossbow balance. This has been discontinued for quite a number of years now, but the good news is that as long as the diameter of the spring is 1/2", then you can use our modern Series 795 as a replacement. Just note that it's not an exact match and it will take some handiwork to get it to install. While our Series 795 can repair your window, it's not technically designed to, so you will have to convince it to work. The video guide below will walk you through it every step of the way.
