Tom from SWISCO responded:
This is a weird shoe. Looks like your balance isn't made anymore, and none of the shoes we sell will replace it without swapping the whole balance. Now, our Series 795 has been known to work as a replacement, but you need the whole thing, since we can't replace the original shoe.

Our Series 795 comes with the 15-195 by default, which is 1-1/4" wide. Your shoe appears to be only 1" wide. This size matches our 15-194, which can be purchased separately and swapped out. The shoes just pop on and off. You'll need to swap the shoe to get it to fit.

You also need to check out how your balance installs at the top. There are two methods: the older method, which uses a hook, and the newer method, which uses a screw tab. If your old balance uses a hook, then you need a custom-made balance. If it uses a screw tab, then our stock Series 795 should work fine, as long as they also switch shoes out, as I said. Sound good?
