Tilt window locking mechanism

Question

my son broke both tilt lock pieces on one window. everything still works but i would like to replace them. included label of window.

he also broke whatever keeps the window up when you open it, on another window, see pics image1,2,3.

much obliged if you could help ID the parts needed.
kids are hard.

Thanks for posting! Looks like you need a new tilt latch and a new pivot bar. For the tilt latch, see our 26-243 and 26-244. I think these will match pretty well, but you might want to compare our dimensions to your own just to be 100% sure.

I'm less confident about the pivot bar, but my gut is telling me to go with the 26-378. Look over our dimensions for this one, too, especially the hole positioning. That's probably what's most important.
