Tilt window parts

Question

Two of our tilt windows broke around the pivot lock shoe. Tried getting 4 new quick tilts for 15lb windows, but they were a totally different size. What parts should we order?

For this style of pivot shoe, there are two options to consider. The 15-192 is used with the S170 and S171 coil springs but note, the aligners on the face would need to be shaved down to fit in the track.

Then we have the 15-259 pivot shoe that's used with the Series 159 and can work as-is. We even have a video that details the replacement process and additional parts needed which I've posted below. Take a look and let me know if you have any questions regarding these parts.
