Tilt window pivot part

Question

Looking for the part that the spiral balance spring attached to. Windows are about 30 years old. No name or Markings on the window pane or frame. Top glass is fixed. About an inch wide by two inch long.

I believe you have the 15-046 pivot shoe, which is 1-1/4" wide by 1/2" thick. Please compare sizes.
