Hi John, thank you for posting,
We do not carry your exact pivot shoe, but we should be able to assist with a full assembly replacement. We recommend taking a look and comparing the dimensions of the Series 140 balance assembly. The pivot shoe is 9/16" thick by 1-1/4" wide.
You may also need a new pivot bar. Are you able to show us a picture of your original? The Series 140 is compatible with either the 26-405 or 26-398. The best match will depend on the screw hole spacing.
