Tilt window replacement parts

Question

The pictures show the replacements needed.  I didn't see any distinctive markings on the items.  I do have a few more pictures, if necessary.  These pieces are from a window by Empire Windows.  Thank you.

Looks like you need a new spiral balance, pivot shoe, and tilt latch. For the spiral balance, see our Series 900 to start out. Just make sure the diameter of your tube is 3/8".

I don't know what your pivot shoe is, unfortunately. The height is not an important dimension. Can you tell me its exact width and thickness? Please be as precise as possible.

As for the tilt latch, our 26-089P is similar. Carefully compare our dimensions to yours to be sure.
