I am looking for replacements for this window part. It says 590 on it but not sure on the company. i would prefer one with a brake if possible( this does not have it). It's 21/8" long, 1/2" tall, 1 1/4" wide.

Hello,

I don't recognize this pivot shoe at first glance, but I'm going to have one of our senior experts take a look and see if they could recommend a replacement for you. In the meantime, it would help to see the pivot bar that engages with the pivot shoe cam removed from the window to determine which of our parts would be compatible. Thank you!

The 15-046 pivot shoe comes to mind since it matches your width and thickness measurements, but we'll need to see the pivot bar uninstalled to be sure it will fit.

Hi- Thanks for responding! Attached are the pivot bar pictures. It looks like the number on it is E83-03. 5 holes. I don't believe the one you sent previously will work because this has a raised narrow bar on it. It needs an open notch to fit into on the shoe. 31/16 long 1/4" wide and 1/8" tall.

Thanks for getting back to us! Is the other side of the pivot bar solid or cut out like a "U" channel as shown in your photo? Also, what is the distance from the front tip of your pivot bar to the first screw? Since we do not carry your exact pivot bar, that information will help us narrow down your options.

Hi: I think my photo might have been be a little unlcear. The bar is solid on one side (see photo) and it is not a groove but rather a raised narrow bar that is part of the pivot bar. I tried for another picture from a different angle. Maybe this will help. ?

We appreciate your patience as we looked into this for you. We tested the 15-188 pivot shoe with the 26-068 pivot bar, and it was a good fit. If you replace both parts, this could be a good solution. Just check the backset of our elongated installation holes in the 26-068 to ensure that at least one of your mounting holes in the sash frame will match. Thanks for posting!
