Hello! Looks like you need a new pivot shoe. It's difficult to make out precisely what you have while it's still installed, though. For now, my best guess is that you might have something like our 15-045 or 15-046. What you'll need to do is remove the original and compare its dimensions to ours. This should be done before you buy anything. I'll share their measurements below. If yours differs in any way, either by size or style, please let me know precisely how and I can try to find a better match.
