Tilt window spring and rotate

This is a part we also need replaced. Without the plastic spring retainer, it's 2 3/8" x 1 1/4" x 2 1/2". With the retainer, it's 2 1/2". We need 2 of these - the metal part which holds the pivot bar is completely reamed / wallowed out.
