Window Balance 30B TJ BSIN

Question

The T-lock shoes broke on these two window types. Is there a different window channel I can buy or do these windows only use the 795 series? Also, how do I know which T-lock shoe to purchase? Thanks.

I'm afraid these balances or shoes aren't made anymore. You will need an all new Series 795 channel balance.
