Top Sash Guide

Can you help me identify the top sash guide that is pictured?

I have previously cross-referenced & purchased the 34" Series 380 channel balance and later found the top guides were broken on several. I am having a difficult time cross-identifying the aluminum top guides (pictured) from my old sashes.

Both our 18-010 and 18-065 are similar to your original top sash guide. Please review our pictures and dimensions for each part to determine if either can work for you.
