I need to buy some new Top Sash Guides for my windows. I don't see the part on your web site, so I took some pictures of the ones I've got and labeled them for dimensions. The ones I need are very similar to your Part Number 18-010. Do you have a replacement part that would work?

What does N/C mean? We need the measurements where the N/C appears.

By using the notation "n/c," I meant to abreviate "No Change" from your standard part number 18-010.

I believe our 18-010 will work, but I need to see the top part of his balance to see if it would work.
