Top Sash Guides and Channel Balance Replacements

A quick learner from Colorado says:
Hello Swisco Experts,

I need to replace the top sash guide for my Window World vynal windows, along with a few channel balances and would appreciate some help identifying the correct replacement parts.

I've added some pictures for reference, but since I could only add 5, I tried to give as much detail in the description as I could.

The top sash guide measures:
lenght = 1 7/16"
width = 5/8"
depth 1 = 9/16"
depth 2 = 3/8"
lip = 1/2" from the top.
screw hole = 7/8"

I have 2 different size windows.

Window 1:
The first is the smaller size widow and it have already had at least one channel balance replaced, so I have 2 pictures for this type window.

Channel Balancer 1:
Stamp 25 5 B.S.I. PM
Length = 25.5
Top boot:
wings 15/16*
width = 9/16"
height = 3/4"
depth = 1/2"
Bottom boot
wings 15/16*
width = 9/16"
height = 7/8"
depth = 1 1/16"

Channel Balancer 2
Stamp 2250
Length = 26
Top boot:
wings 15/16*
width = 9/16"
height = 3/4"
depth = 1/2"
Bottom boot
wings 15/16*
width = 9/16"
height = 1/4"
depth = 1 1/16"

Window 2:
The second is the larger windows and both channel balances I have are the same.

Channel Balancer:
Stamp 31 5 B.S.I. PM
Length = 31.5
Top boot:
wings 15/16*
width = 9/16"
height = 3/4"
depth = 1/2"
Bottom boot
wings 15/16*
width = 9/16"
height = 7/8"
depth = 1 1/16"

Thank you in advance for your help.

Thanks for posting. I'm confident we can replace these balances for you, but at least one of these sets, the balances stamped 25-5, will have to be custom made due to their unique design. I suspect the balances stamped 31-5 will be custom as well; but to be certain of the 31-5 balances as well as the balances stamped 2250, could you send me pictures of their nylon fittings on either end? From there, we'll do our best to narrow down what you need. Many thanks.

Thanks for the reply. I tried to add more photos, previously, but I guess there is a limit. I'm adding a few more. The first 3 are for the Window 1, Channel 2, Stamp 2250.

The last 2 are for the Window 2, Stamp 31 5 B.S.I. PM.

I hope that helps.

Here is one more photo showing both Window 1 channels next to each other.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for getting back to me. The balances stamped 25-5 and 31-5 are indeed custom. I have sent you an email with two custom links to order (2) of each. Let me know if you have any questions.

Your other balance set stamped 2550 looks to be a standard balance. See either our S380-26 or 385-26. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2550.

Finally, for your Top Sash Guides, take a look at our 18-009 and 18-166. See if one of these match what you need.
