Hello guys,

I received my orders and I'm very happy with your service. While installing the balances, I realized one of my windows is missing the sash cams/guides. I searched but couldn't locate them on your site. They're made of aluminum.

We don't have an exact match for this Top Sash Guide, but take a look at our 18-010 or even possibly our 18-118. Look over the dimensions for both and see if you think you could use one of these as a replacement.
