Having trouble finding the exact part. No name on window but they use Caldwell balances. Need several pair of Left and right.

It's tough to say. A replacement top sash guide would greatly depend on your measurements. Start by looking at our 18-008, this may be a possible match. Carefully go over the dimensions we show for this part to see how well it matches up to your own.

Looking for 2 of these Stamp on the balance is;
14 5 HS Caldwell

They are used on non-tilt Superior windows

15 inches long

I'm afraid I cannot identify what balances you have based on the stamp alone. We would need to see pictures of the nylon caps on either end. I also recommend that you look at our Channel Balance Home Page and follow the steps in order to find the Series that best matches what you have.
