Top arm Pella window

Question

Arm on the other side (I believe right handed) is bent, need a replacement.

Thank you for bearing with us during this busy season. Pella determines the handing from the outside looking in. If you look at your window from the outside, the hinge would be on the left side. With that said, take a look at the 39-351. 39-394, and 39-396 Pella hinges. Review the specifications and see how they compare with your old hardware.
