Top clips

I just ordered 10 valances from your company. One of my windows does not have the top clips in them to hold the balances in as they're put onto the window? Do you know what this part number is? Also I need the replacement clips for the sides of the windows to hold the balances in place when I am removing the windows. Please advise and thank you very much Tony

I need the following pieces for my windows. As I said I just ordered 10 balances from your company but forgot to include these in my order. One is the top retainer clip and then the take-out clips. See photos. Am I correct in this assumption?

Hello,
Take a look at our 16-002 take out clip that catches the balance as the sash is being removed.
As for your top sash guide, we can't be sure what you need without seeing it removed from the sash, along with detailed dimensions, but you can start by comparing our 18-009 and 18-127 to see if one of these might be a match to yours. Thank you!
