Top hook not working

Hey Team,

I believe I'm in need of a new lock but don't know where to look. Hopefully you can help me with my sliding door lock.

Hello, Jonathan. it definitely sounds like you need a new mortise lock. My recommendation is the 82-265. This should be compatible with your existing hardware. Just note that you very well may need to adjust the hooks after installation to ensure they engage with the keeper. You can do this by turning the tiny screws next to each of the hooks.
