Question

I have 12 windows with broken latches and Chanel balances that make it nearly impossible to open the windows.
According to your instructions I need 21 inch. Series 795 Channel Balance Product Code: S795-21
But I need 1 1/4" open cam shoes. Do you not sell them this way?
Also,I am uncertain about which latches match mine.

Thanks for posting! If the metal channel on your balance is 21", the S795-21 will be the correct replacement for your hardware. You'll need to check for any stamps/marking on the channel to determine the option you need.

The shoe attached to the bottom of your balance is the 15-195B; we do sell them, they are just currently out of stock at the moment. You'll need to add your email to the auto-notify list to receive an alert once they are restocked.

Your tilt window latches look like they can be replaced with our 26-243 and 26-244 Tilt Window Latches. To confirm that these are the correct fit for your repairs, carefully review and compare the dimensions below.
