Top sash 18-193 started breaking after installation

• One, did they match your original Top Sash Guide? Can we see a picture of the originals, if you still have them, to be safe? 
• Two, if you haven't already, view the installation video below to ensure the top sash guides were installed correctly. 
• Finally, may we see pictures of the damaged top sash guides? In the event that there was any issue with how they were manufactured, how they were damaged my lend a clue. Thanks.
