Top Sash Guide Set

these pieces are broken on our 2930 balance windows. Please let me know what we need to order! Thank you!

This is screwed into the top of the bottom single hung, it holds the window balances and guides the window.

I have purchased 8 sets of 18-193 sash guide and after installation, they all broke after opening and closing the window for two times.

Hi, I have an aluminum window here in Colorado. Home built in 1985. I was able to find the top sash guide on your website. 18-193. But the other parts are missing.
