Top sash guide

Question

Window isn't catching the balance in the right level, I think I need to replace one of the top guide. This window is using 30" Series 380 Channel Balance 2930. Can you tell me which one I need?

We do not have an exact match for this top sash guide but the 18-010 and 18-012 come to mind as possible replacements. If they are not a match, take a look at the 18-013 as well.
