Top sash guide for Alcan windows

Question

This guide snapped off and I'm trying to pick the right one. Also I watched the video to remove the window and I can secure the sash with the clip in the frame but I'm not getting how to remove the window.

Thanks for your post! You will need the 18-161 Sash Guide to replace your damaged guides. While I am confident this should be the correct replacement match, be sure to carefully compare the dimensions on the website.

In regards to removing the sash, pull out the two 16-002 take out clips at the top of the window track. Bring the sash up pass the take out clips to disengage the balances from the window sash. Push the sash to one side in the track and swing out the opposite side of the sash.
