I purchased item 18-042 date placed 2/23/24. total of ten from your company.
Unfortunately, they are to small.
I have included the one I purchased (which is in the plastic)and the pictures of the sashes that are currently attached to my window.
Two of those to my bedroom window broke.
I need to know if you all sell the ones in the photo. They are much larger.
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated

Hello,
It looks like you have a type of guide that installs in the window channel, which our top sash guides attach directly to the side of the sash. Unfortunately, this is not a part that we carry a replacement for. We have a metal 18-010 sash guide that should fit in the track and has a screw hole for mounting. You might be able to get away with just one stop for each window. I apologize that we cannot provide a match for your window. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
