Top sash guide and channel balance

Thanks for writing in! We do not have an exact match for the top sash guide you have but our 18-009, 18-064, and 18-166 could possibly work for your repairs. Take a look over each of their dimensions on the website to determine which of them might be the best fit.

Your channel balances look like they can be replaced with either the S380-18 or the S385-18 with a 1720 stamp option (two 18" balance will support a sash weighing 8 to 12lbs). You'll need to confirm the depth of your shoe to determine the correct replacement.

Keep in mind, there is a chance it could measure 7/8"; if so, please let me know, since you will need a different balance.
