Hi there, I'm looking for this track slider. The one that was recommended for the piece we needed was part number 39-529.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out! The piece you have here in your photo is a particular type of slider; usually built into the operator arm. Unfortunately, it is not sold as a separate piece. The 39-529 would not work to replace it.

Since it is damaged, you'll likely need to replace the entire crank operator.

I'm happy to take a look at your hardware to confirm the correct replacement. I'll just need to see a photo of the entire operator to determine the the right replacement.

Hi there, we ordered a replacement arm 39-253RB. But here is a picture of the old one.

Thanks! What you have here is instead our 39-439B. The 39-253RB that you purchased is very similar in design, but as mentioned the guide at the end of the arm is different, used to interact with a different style track. The 39-439B should be fully compatible with all of your existing hardware.
