This looks like it could be the Series 751 ribbed metal channel balance. The 15-014 shoe comes attached with this balance by default but your old one is damaged so I can't say if that's the case for yours or if you have the 15-197. Would it be possible for us to see an undamaged version of this shoe?
Is it possible to purchase the channels?
If your shoe is the 15-197, this will have to be a custom order. However, if you have the 15-014 shoe then you can place an order for the Series 751 on our website at your convenience. We don't sell just the metal channels themselves though. I am sorry for any inconvenience.

The Balance Knife Lock Shoe is the 15-014 model and the aluminum housing/casing is 36 v HD. I have attached a photo of the channels.
Please instruct how I purchase a set of the Series 751 metal channel balance. I will test these out on one window first in order to make certain that I am ordering the correct product.
