Traco window Sienna 4600 series, double hang, coil housing broken(?)

A home owner from Arlington, VA says:

hi see attached pictures. these are for a Traco window, Sienna 4600 series, double hang. I guess the coil housings serving the lower slide window need to be replaced on both sides.
Hope this helps identify the parts, pls let me know if u need more info
