Triple coil load balance

I have Simonton double hung windows and all of the balances are deteriorating, which is disappointing, so I'm needing replacement parts. The only part number I can find is on the coil itself, which is PAT52323 #4.0 35"

Are the springs themselves failing, or is the cover the only thing broken? We actually sell these components separately for just a such circumstance. If all you need is the cover, start with our 15-205 triple spring support. This is meant for the 3/8" wide Series 165 spring, so just check to make sure that's what you have.

Thanks. Most of the springs are fine; mostly the covers. However, I will need some springs since three of them were damaged getting them out.

Ah, I see. Did you look at our Series 165 spring? That may be what you have, but look it over just to be sure.
