Tripple coil spring window balance replacement

Hey there. This looks like a 15-199 Pivot Shoe, which works with either the 3/8" thick Series 165 coil springs, or the 1/2" thick Series 160. Please measure the thickness of your springs to see which you need. Also please tell me the exact weight of the window sash these coil springs support. Finally, if your old pivot bars are undamaged you can reuse them; otherwise, remove one and show me clear photos so I can identify it for you. Many thanks.
