We were directed to the 795s, which we ordered. Unfortuantely you can't slide them into our window frames. There is only a 1/2" gap. Is there a solution to make these work? Or are they not the right type and we need a different style?
We followed the crossbow balance conversion video and no luck. They are just a tiny bit too wide.

However, in some instances, such as yours, the window track is too small for a channel balance. Your window was designed to use the rod-style balance, which means it is not typically meant to work with a channel balance like the S795. We consider it a fortunate coincidence that the Series 795 fits into the window track in other cases. Unfortunately, it seems that your window channel is simply too small for this option. I sincerely apologize that we cannot offer a suitable replacement.
