A distributor from Arnold,MD says:
How do I replace a Take Out Clip? Bottom of clip is broken and I can't get it out at the top.

Paul from SWISCO responded:
Hopefully we can help! If you look at our 16-002, you can see that the bottom has a deep "U" and the top has a slight dimple to lock it in. With needle nose pliers, you would first pull out the top of the clip and then pull up the bottom "U" from the cut out.
