Trustgard window

Dear sirs:
Have Trustgard window with broken coil balances. Window pane is approximately 21" square. The only marking on coil is letter C.
Need 2 sets as both broke.

Weight is 10 ibs

Hello,

Take a look and compare the dimensions of the 15-177 pivot shoe, which uses the Series 152 coil springs and other related accessories, to your original hardware.

For a 10-pound sash, I would recommend using one S152-5 coil on each side of the window. Thanks for posting!

The dimensions for the coil balance shoe match the existing one. What about the piece on the other end of the coil? Do I order all of the parts listed in this e mail?

I'm sorry but I'm not sure which piece at the other end of the coil you're referring to.
