Hello My Truth Casement Operator is faulty and needs t o be replaced. Could you please suggest a replacement? Thank you!

Check out our 39-014 to start. This has a straight arm with a length of 13-1/2". Look over the dimensions and see if this matches what you need. For a new folding handle, see the 39-205.

Thank you Bob. My unit has two arms. Will this single arm be able to replace it?

Apologies, I was thrown off by the first photo. My mistake. In that case the 39-014 will not work for your window. Can you show me a clearer picture of the operator from a bird's eye perspective, so I can see both link arms clearly? That should help narrow this down. Sorry again, and thanks.

I agree with Bob, our 39-014 looks like our best match. Your operator only has one arm; the second arm you see is the hinge, which is a separate part and not connected to the operator.

We have detailed photos on the 39-014 that you can use as a reference. As long as everything matches up then you should be good to go.

The 39-014 fit perfectly and the 39-205 folding lever was a great finishing touch. You guys are awesome!
