Truth 45136 RH with 20810 link arm

A contractor from NY Huntington, Long Island says:
I have left and right casement windows, they both need new hardware. The original hardware(tracks and screws) are rusted and disintegrated. I was hoping based on those serial numbers or product numbers from the pictures I can get the right parts!

This is a very interesting case. The serial code you gave us for the operator base, 45136, is very commonly associated with our 39-315. Even just eyeballing your photos I feel like this product is a pretty close match, but with one exception: your link arm has a slight offset and is mounted under the gear arm, while the 39-315 link arm is straight and mounted above the gear arm.

So I looked up the number printed on your link arm, 20810, to be sure. Weirdly enough, that's almost exclusively related to the link arm on our 39-032. It even looks like it has the same type of slight offset.

It seems to me like the original installer of this operator installed a link arm from a 39-032 dual arm operator onto a 39-315. That's obviously not an ideal solution, though, so let's see if we can find a way around it.

We have one operator in our inventory with an offset link arm mounted under the gear arm: our 39-171. I think this might be the best place to start. Carefully look over our photos and dimensions and let me know if you think this will work.
