Hello there. Yes, this appears to be either the 39-031 & 39-032 Dual Arm Operators, but it's worth making sure you don't have the very similar 39-155 & 39-156. The difference between these two operator types is the link arm length. See the images below for reference. In either event, for new covers and handles, use the 39-107 and 39-114L
