Your photos remind me of the 82-265 shown below but I'm not sure if your hooks extend inward like our part or outward. Unfortunately, we do not carry a version of this lock with outward-facing hooks. If it is a match, see the 82-249 keeper.
As for your handle set, we would need to see photos of yours and confirm the distance between the installation hole centers to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
Unfortunately, we do not carry a version of this mortise lock with outward-facing hooks. As for the handle set, we can't be positive without seeing the original hardware but we do offer the 82-030 handle set with 3-15/16" hole spacing, which looks like it may match your door specifications.
