Hi...the number on long arm is 30472RH...bottom short arm 30842R...upper short arm 20755...where the crank sits 30830...I looked at some of your arms but they look different than mine so am asking you for some assistance in choosing the correct one. Thank You.

Hello,

Your photos resemble the 39-032 EntryGard operator. Review the dimensions below, paying close attention to the length of the shorter link arm. We also offer the 39-031 opposite-handed version of this assembly. Both parts use the 39-107FK handle and cover kit. Thanks for posting!

Hi...the 39-032 looks like the one I need but the short arm measurement on it 4 7/16 but when I measured the short arm on the one I have that I sent u pic of it only measures approx 3 3/4...will this have any affect on it?? Want to buy 2 but am afraid it won't work..thank you

Thanks for getting back to us. It seems like you may need the 39-155 and 39-156 Caradco operators, which have a shorter link arm. Review the measurement below to confirm.
