Truth Encore Window Operator

A quick learner from Iowa says:
I have a truth encore encasement window which needs a regular. It has "Truth" and 31858 on the operator. I've not removed the operator. Can you tell if it's the 39-438B or the other one with smaller clip on the end of the long arm. Attached are a couple pics. Thanks in advance.
Randy.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

I'm afraid I can't confirm which operator you have based on these photos. The only way to confirm that is to disconnect the arm from the track and check the design of the guide. That will tell you for sure whether you need the 39-438B or 39-253LB.
