Truth Encore dual arm operation

A quick learner from Pleasanton California says:
Hello,
I'm looking for replacement for my broken operators. I need both left and right operator. I narrowed down to two products that looks similar to mine. 39-438B sill mount low profile vs 39-253LB sill mount. I attached pictures to help you help me identify which one. Both show out of stock unfortunately. Please let me know. Thank you.

Best Regards,
-Hengky

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

The main difference between these two operators is the slide attachment. Yours is the 39-529, which is used for the 39-253LB and 39-253RB. Thanks for posting!
