Truth Entry Gard 20810 replacement for the whole set

A home owner from Calabasas California says:
I would like to replace with new ones.
See attached pictures.
The house was built in 1990 so I assume the original parts are from around that time.
Also I would like to replace the cover and crank handle with new white ones.
Which parts do I need to buy?
Can you send me the parts list for the full set.
Thanks,
Remy

Hi there, thanks for writing in. It looks like you could have either our 39-031/39-032 or 39-155/39-156. You will need to review their dimensions and compare them to your own to determine the appropriate part. The associated cover and handle would be our 39-107 along with the 39-205. Let me know if you have any further questions!

Which casement widow seal would that be? See attached pictures

See our 58-053 and 58-114. You will need to compare the dimensions to your own to determine the correct replacement part.
