Truth EntryGuard 30744

I have a casement window that needs the dual arm operator replaced (truth entryguard 30744). The window swings out and to the left + has the crank in the center (not the type that folds down).

Can you tell me the correct replacement part?

Unfortunately the number provided links to a few different Truth products. To further review, we will need to see a picture of the original operator where we can see the base and both arms. From there we can get clearer idea of the style needed for your window. Thank you!

Hi Lauren.

Pix attached (right swing window was easier to access as left swing is failing - perhaps they are the same part and the arms cac be reversed?)

Please start by reviewing the style of the 39-031 and 39-032 or the 39-155 and 39-156 operators. The main difference between the two styles is the length of the short link arm.
