Truth Entrygard with Long Arm

A professional from Minnesota says:
I have a customer who needs to replace the operators on 4 windows, but I can't find the correct replacement.

It's a Truth Entrygard operator, and part numbers that I can see are L30841, 30843L & 30830.

It looks a lot like your 39-035, but the arm measures at 9", so it's a bit longer than what's on the 39-035.

Any ideas or am I s.o.l.?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Take a look at our 39-381 and 39-382. These are like the 39-035, but with a 6-1/2" long link arm. I'm afraid that's the longest arm we could find. Could they still work for you?

If not, you could theoretically reuse your old arm. What you'd have to do is drill out the link arms on the old and new operators, then install the old link arm on the new operator with our 62-014 rivet.
