Truth Hardware Help

The hand crank on my 27yr old casement window broke off (see image 0155). It looks like the crank mechanism is made by TRUTH (see image 0158). I believe the windows are Semco but not positive. I was going to order Truth Hardware Entrygard Dyad Window Operator: Product Code: 39-036, but wanted to make sure this is the best replacement part. And do I need any additional parts? The arm online looks shorter than what I have, plus the gears are on the opposite side. Can you please direct me to the proper replacement piece?
