Truth MultiGard Latch

Question

Your part number 38-210. Will this work for my Truth sash lock 21328? And can you just replace the white plastic piece or do I need the whole lock assembly? Because I am not sure the white plastic piece and pop out and a new one put in?

Hello,

Your casement lock resembles the 38-144, which uses the 38-276 and 38-277 keepers. Unfortunately, the internal plastic piece is not available separately but take a look and compare the dimensions to your part. Thank you.
