Truth Operator

Question

Hi, I have this operator that opens with the crank, but will not close with the crank.  I'm assuming I will have to replace the operator.  Can you please help me identify this?

Your operator resembles the 39-239B. Please review the overall style and dimensions to confirm a good fit! Also review the 39-375 and 39-451 for handle and covers depending on style preference. This operator is also available in the 39-239C stainless steel version.
